Ilias Avantiras (born June 16, 1985 in Greece) is a Greek editorial and runway model who became known for his many appearances in Esquire Greece. He's also appeared in editorials for FHM, Four Direction and L'Officiel Hommes Middle East. He's modeled for top designers such as Armani Exchange and J. Crew.
